Delete your Baccarator account

Option 1: Delete in the app

Open Baccarator and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, then confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

 

Option 2: Request deletion by email (no app needed)

Send an email to support@baccarator.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include your 10-digit user ID (shown in the app under Settings > Account). We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

 

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in record, points balance, membership records, invite code and invitation records, Daily Lesson progress, learning streak, achievements, Daily Practice scores, and support chat messages.

 

What is kept, and for how long

  • Records of purchases made through the App Store or Google Play (order ID, product, date, refund status) are kept in minimal form for up to 7 years where tax, accounting or dispute rules require it. They are no longer linked to an active account.

  • A one-way coded marker of your account (a hash with no personal information) is kept so that welcome and invite rewards cannot be claimed again by re-creating the same account. If you redeemed an invite code, Apple (DeviceCheck) or Google (Play Integrity) may keep a flag on that device for the same purpose.

  • Analytics and attribution data held by our service providers are deleted according to their retention settings (up to 24 months).

 

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

 

Delete some data without deleting your account

Email support@baccarator.com and tell us which data you want deleted, for example your support chat history.

會刪除的資料

帳號與登入記錄、積分、會員記錄、邀請碼與邀請記錄、每日一課進度、連續學習天數、成就、每日實戰成績、客服對話。

 

會保留的資料

  • App Store 或 Google Play 的購買記錄（訂單號、商品、日期、退款狀態）依稅務、會計或爭議處理需要，以最少的形式最多保留 7 年，不再連結到任何帳號。

  • 保留一個帳號的單向編碼標記（雜湊值，不含任何個人資料），防止刪掉重建同一帳號再領新手和邀請獎勵。如果你填過邀請碼，Apple（DeviceCheck）或 Google（Play Integrity）可能在那台裝置上保留一個標記，用途相同。

  • 服務商（統計、歸因）持有的數據依其設定刪除，最多 24 個月。

 

刪除帳號不會取消自動續訂，請先到 App Store 或 Google Play 的訂閱設定取消。

Cách 1: Xóa trong ứng dụng

Mở Baccarator, vào Cài đặt > Tài khoản > Xóa tài khoản và xác nhận. Tài khoản bị xóa ngay.

 

Cách 2: Gửi email yêu cầu (không cần ứng dụng)

Gửi email đến support@baccarator.com với tiêu đề "Delete my account", từ địa chỉ email liên kết với tài khoản, hoặc ghi kèm ID người dùng 10 chữ số (xem trong Cài đặt > Tài khoản). Chúng tôi sẽ xóa trong vòng 30 ngày và trả lời xác nhận.

 

Dữ liệu bị xóa

Tài khoản và thông tin đăng nhập, điểm, hồ sơ thành viên, mã mời và lịch sử mời, tiến độ Bài học mỗi ngày, chuỗi ngày học, thành tích, điểm luyện tập mỗi ngày, tin nhắn hỗ trợ.

 

Dữ liệu được giữ lại

  • Hồ sơ mua hàng qua App Store hoặc Google Play (mã đơn, sản phẩm, ngày, trạng thái hoàn tiền) được giữ ở mức tối thiểu tối đa 7 năm theo yêu cầu thuế, kế toán hoặc khiếu nại, không còn gắn với tài khoản nào.

  • Một dấu hiệu mã hóa một chiều của tài khoản (không chứa thông tin cá nhân) được giữ lại để không thể tạo lại cùng tài khoản và nhận thưởng lần nữa. Nếu bạn đã nhập mã mời, Apple (DeviceCheck) hoặc Google (Play Integrity) có thể giữ một dấu trên thiết bị đó với cùng mục đích.

  • Dữ liệu phân tích do nhà cung cấp dịch vụ giữ sẽ bị xóa theo cài đặt của họ (tối đa 24 tháng).

 

Xóa tài khoản không hủy gói đăng ký tự động gia hạn. Hãy hủy trước trong phần đăng ký của App Store hoặc Google Play.
